Our Return Promise
At PuraVeil, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- You must have your order confirmation or receipt
- Items must not be damaged through misuse
How to Start a Return
- Email us at dtgisme@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want a different item instead? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
